Following many requests, we have decided to offer a new service to those of you wishing to sell Lladro.    PLEASE NOTE: This is not a free valuation service.  We expect that you, as the owner, have a good idea of the price you wish to achieve for your Lladro.  Please be sure to state this on the Form. 

THIS IS HOW IT WILL WORK:

1.  We will act as Broker for your piece(s) and will list them on our site on your behalf, at no cost to you - these items will be shown as Brokerage pieces and will remain listed until sold..

2.  We will only accept items which are in perfect, pristine condition and which carry the FULL Lladro backstamp, including the Tulip logo.

3.  If your piece is not retired, we will still list for you but we would point out that the price obtained is likely to be way below the current retail price.

4.  Please be sure to allow for our commission when quoting your price - this is generally 20% but please also take into account that Credit Card payments may also be charged at up to 4.0%
Please also note that if payment is in a currency other than Pounds Sterling, this will also carry a commission charge of 2.0% extra  These Credit Card charges are exactly as we have to pay.

5. Should you have a rare piece for sale or one which is on our "wanted" list, we will consider a direct purchase from you at a negotiated price.

We do have a waiting list for a number of pieces, so drop us a line- what have you got to lose?

HOW TO PROCEED.

1. Contact us giving full details of your item, including your asking price.  Should you be unable to identify your piece, please send fullest description and photos.

2.  We will ask you to provide a good quality photographs to appear in our listings.

3.  If we have more than one of the same piece being offered, our system will automatically offer the lowest priced first.

WHEN YOUR ITEM SELLS.

1.  We will notify you immediately by e.mail

2.  Please note:  As the postage/Shipping costs in most Countries are now very expensive, we have decided through popular request of our Sellers that they will post/ship direct to buyer.  This seems to work very well and saves everyone those all important Pounds/Dollars etc.   Previously we were stipulating that items were sent to us, meaning double postage costs for both Buyer and Seller.

3.  Once the item is paid for, we will notify you with Buyer's details for you to post/ship.  This should be with an Insured service and with full Tracking and obviously must be well and securely packed.  We do allow for Sellers to make a small additional charge for packing materials.  Postage costs are borne by Buyer.

4.  On confirmation by Buyer that all is well, you will receive immediate payment.  Within the UK or Europe, by Bank Transfer.  Outside these areas through Google Checkout
